Privacy policy

The short version

  • You don't need an account, and the game never asks for your name, email or phone number.
  • Your progress, rider name and settings are saved only on your device. We never receive them.
  • The game has no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no tracking.
  • Multiplayer only talks to phones on your own Wi-Fi or hotspot, never over the internet.
  • This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics.

Who we are

Sadak Fury is a bike race and fight game for Android and iOS, made by the Sadak Fury team ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Sadak Fury game and this website, sadakfury.com. If you have a question about it, email privacy@sadakfury.com.

What the game stores on your device

  • Your career: progress, rupees, bikes, upgrades and paint, unlocks, stars and best times.
  • The rider name you choose, and your settings such as controls, graphics and sound.
  • For multiplayer, the name of the last room you joined.
  • A random ID created on your device when you start a career. It contains nothing about you. It exists so that a future cloud-save feature could recognise your save, and it isn't sent anywhere.

All of this stays on your phone or tablet. We don't receive it and can't see it. It's deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Local multiplayer

When you race friends on the same Wi-Fi network or a phone hotspot, the game uses your local network to find rooms and run the race. The phones in the room exchange only what's needed to play: your rider name, your bike and paint, and your position, speed and actions during the race. This data travels directly between the phones on your local network. It never goes over the internet and is never sent to us or to any server.

Permissions

  • Android: network access, plus the Wi-Fi permissions needed to find and run local races (reading the Wi-Fi state, receiving local broadcasts and keeping Wi-Fi awake during a race).
  • iPhone and iPad: Local Network, used only to find and join races on your Wi-Fi or hotspot. If you say no, everything except multiplayer still works. You can change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.

The game doesn't use your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

The game engine

Sadak Fury is built with the Unity engine. When the game starts, Unity may receive limited technical information about your device, such as its model, operating system, processor and graphics hardware. This doesn't include your name, your rider name or your progress. Unity Technologies handles this information under its own privacy policy.

What the game doesn't do

  • No accounts or sign-in.
  • No ads and no in-app purchases.
  • No analytics, crash reporting or tracking, and no use of your device's advertising ID.
  • No selling, renting or sharing of personal data. We don't collect any.

If this changes

Future versions may add optional rewarded ads, in-app purchases or cloud saves. Before any such version is released, we will update this policy to say what is collected, why, and which companies are involved. Where the law requires it, for example under the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we will ask for your consent first. Purchases would be handled by Google Play or the App Store; we would never see your payment details.

Children

Sadak Fury contains cartoon violence and is not directed at children under 13. The game doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

This website

sadakfury.com doesn't set cookies of its own, doesn't use analytics or tracking scripts, and doesn't load content from other companies. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them only to reply to you. Mail sent to our addresses is forwarded through Cloudflare to our email provider. We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you, then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the CCPA (California) give you rights to access, correct and delete your personal data, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority.

Because the game keeps your data on your device, you can see, change and delete it yourself: rename your rider in the game's settings, or uninstall the game to delete everything. For anything else, including emails you have sent us, write to privacy@sadakfury.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the game's release notes.
